If submitting non-ink jet ready database files for processing, please follow these guidelines:
Media Options:
- 3.5" diskette (IBM only)
- Zip drive
- CD-RW CD-ROM
- Email (see contact page for email address)
File Format Options:
- Comma Delimited Text (.csv or .txt)
- Tab Delimited Text (.txt)
- Excel Spreadsheet (.xls)
- Dbase 3.0 or higher (.dbf)
Please send a file layout for each file.
If possible, please be sure all files are formatted identically. Set up charges on subsequent files are higher if they are formatted differently.
** These are the most common specs that are supported by a majority of available software. We can also work with many other types of media and formatting, although there may be additional charges above our standard rates. Call us if you have a specific application.
